PRESCHOOL

All candidates fill out the online “Enrolment Form” on our website.

Candidate parents are called by the TED Rönesans College registration officer according to the order of filling in the Enrolment Form and preliminary information is shared.

Candidates are invited to a detailed introduction presentation and school tours.

Candidate student interviews, which is a step in the registration process, is held in our school on the days determined with the PCR (Psychological Counseling and Guidance)  department teachers. In this interview held to get to know the prospective student’s social, emotional, self-care, physical and cognitive skills are evaluated holistically.

The student’s progress report prepared by the previous school and a reference letter from the school administrators or teachers are requested.

 

PRIMARY SCHOOL

Candidates are invited to a detailed introduction presentation and school tours.

Students coming from abroad for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades meet with a commission consisting of a classroom teacher and a PCR (Psychological Counseling and Guidance). In this interview, which was held to get to know the candidate student socially, emotionally and cognitively, the candidate’s adaptation skills and academic achievements are evaluated.

The student’s progress report prepared by the previous school and a reference letter from the school administrators or teachers are requested.

The equivalence certificate prepared by the Ministry of Turkish National Education is expected to be submitted to the student affairs unit before registration.

 

MIDDLE SCHOOL

All candidates fill out the online “Enrolment Form” on our website.

Candidate parents are called by the TED Rönesans College registration officer according to the order of filling in the Enrolment Form and preliminary information is shared.

Candidates are invited to a detailed introduction presentation and school tours.

Candidate students coming from abroad are taken to the TED Schools Entrance Examination. The exam consists of Turkish, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and English questions. The result of this exam does not affect the candidate’s admission to the school.

The candidate student is invited to a PDR (Psychological Counseling and Guidance) interview after the exam. If needed, a meeting with Turkish and Mathematics teachers is also planned after this meeting. Before the interview, the student prepares the application file, the details of which are given below.

The student’s exam result, application file and PDR interview are evaluated by the middle school registration commission. Registration processes are carried out in line with the evaluation of the commission.

The equivalence certificate prepared by the Ministry of Turkish National Education is expected to be submitted to the student affairs unit before registration.

Secondary School Application Files:

  • Transcript: It is the document approved by the school directorate, showing the middle school transcript of the candidate student applying from abroad.
  • Application Letter: The letter to be created should explain the prospective student’s life, family, hobbies, developed and open sides, a problem he/she has solved or wants to solve, the topics he/she likes or dislikes, thoughts about his/her future, goals, expectations from high school life and why TED Rönesans College preferred. The content of the letter consists of at least 200 words.
  • Reference Letter: The reference letters of the two teachers of the candidate’s school are requested.
  • Art, Culture, Sports and Science Studies: Documents that includes candidate student’s talents in the fields of visual arts, dance, music and theater, success in sports and science, participation in cultural events. Certificate of achievements, sports license, award or other documents showing participation in events such as national or international competitions and festivals.

 

HIGH SCHOOL

All candidates fill out the online “Enrolment Form” on our website.

Candidate parents are called by the TED Rönesans College registration officer according to the order of filling in the Enrolment Form and preliminary information is shared.

School Introductory meetings with the relevant administrator for the candidates are planned online. (via the MS Teams application).

Candidate students coming from abroad are taken to the TED Schools Entrance Examination. The exam consists of Turkish, Mathematics and English questions.

After the exam, the student is invited for a PCR (Psychological Counseling and Guidance) interview. Before the interview, he/she prepares the digital application file, the details of which are given below.

The student’s exam result, application file and PCR interview are evaluated by the high school registration commission. Registration processes are carried out in line with the evaluation of the commission.

The equivalence certificate prepared by the Ministry of Turkish National Education is expected to be submitted to the student affairs unit before registration.

Candidates cannot be accepted for 11th and 12th grades of TED Rönesans College High School.

  • Community Service Studies: Officially approved documents containing tasks, studies, competitions and degrees involving social responsibility activities.
